SATOSHI, a fine dining itameshi restaurant offering an exquisite fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine, is seeking a professional and service-driven Server to join our dining team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, understands fine dining etiquette, and thrives in a collaborative, high-standard service environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Providing an excellent luxurious dining experience for the guests.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with discretion and efficiency.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of Itameshi, and wine confidently.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Already domicile in Bali is a MUST.
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hotel is an advantage.
- Excellent English language skills for upselling, engaging, and responding to complaints.
- Experienced in presenting and serving wine professionally.
