Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service as they browse the bakery selection.
Assist customers with their orders, offering recommendations and information on baked goods.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bakery display and seating areas.
Restock bakery items as necessary, ensuring products are fresh and presented attractively.
Learn and adhere to all food safety and hygiene practices to ensure customer safety.
Assist with the preparation of bakery items under the guidance of experienced bakers when required.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirement
Based in Bali.
Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Prior experience in customer service or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team setting.
