Job description for SEO Specialist at Mekari
As an SEO manager, you'll deal with the depth of website and all of its
matrix. It more than increasing inbound organic traffic and search
result rank. You will build and develop strategies for Sleekr to act as a
solution for Small Medium Enterprises to enhance their business
process and help them grow significantly through our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product offering, landing page quality and traffic to determine short and long-term campaigns.
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
- Review technical SEO and recommend fixes.
- Monitoring on keywords discovery, trends and its expansion for current and upcoming organic behaviour.
- Optimizing on site and user experience to improve CTR in search result.
- Conduct keyword research to guide marketing teams.
- Planning effective local and long tail keywords strategy on site and off site.
- Improve SERPs for a desktop website, mobile site and mobile application.
- Direct off-page optimization projects (link building).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related departments.
- Proven minimum 3 years of experience as SEO Manager
- Experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
- Having a blog or website is a plus
- Up to date with recent changes in major search engines, SEO industries, global user browsing behaviour and internet marketing.
- Know-how-to creates enticing copy-writing.
- Have an analytical skill, curious mindset and familiar with analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with SEO reporting.
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practice, HTML / CSS.
