Job description for SEO/SEM Specialist at Arkademi
- Increase brand awareness organically on the website
- Do web optimization through on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO
- Make relevant keywords (keyword research)
- Do competitor research
- Run SEO audits
- Outreach campaign and collaboration with blogger for link building
- Run, monitor, and forecast ads (Meta & Google)
- Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences
- Create copywriting & creative brief for key visual ads
- Look for information related to ranking factors (SEO algorithm update)
- Analyze organic search performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Have experience min. 1 year as SEO/SEM specialist
- Prior experience in an advertising or marketing agency is preferred
- Have experience in building and executing SEO strategies well (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Has experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other PPC platforms.
- Have in-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and various SEO best practices for websites in various languages (URL structure, hreflang tags, etc.)
- Mastering SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and others.
- Have the ability, experience and understand making SEO reports
- Have technical expertise on HTML/CSS
- Always updated with the latest SEO/SEM trends and practices to stay in compliance with search engine guidelines
