- About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on SEO professional to lead regional SEO projects across multiple markets. In this role, you will manage end-to-end SEO campaigns for clients, collaborate closely with commercial, product, editorial, and audience teams, and ensure high-quality SEO delivery across the region.
You will play a key role in developing SEO strategies, managing client projects, supporting business growth, and driving organic performance for both client and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional SEO strategies across technical SEO, content SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Manage end-to-end SEO projects for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and identify growth opportunities to improve organic performance.
- Collaborate with content, editorial, product, tech, and commercial teams to optimize website performance and SEO content quality.
- Monitor and report SEO performance including traffic, rankings, backlinks, and technical health, while providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead client presentations, support SEO pitches, and contribute to commercial strategy, proposal development, and SEO product offerings.
- Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and local teams to ensure high-quality project execution across markets.
- Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and performance.
- Support capability development by mentoring teams, improving SEO processes, and maintaining high standards of SEO delivery.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing SEO projects for clients, ideally in an agency or digital media environment.
- Strong expertise in: Technical SEO, Content SEO, On-page & Off-page SEO, SEO audits & optimization
- Experience handling SEO initiatives across multiple markets or regional teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Search Console , Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
