Job description for Senior Waiter/ss at SMOKE BALI

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service
Maintain cleanliness and service standards
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent guest experience
Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and in shifts
Fluent in English
Well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented
Familiar with POS system and restaurant service standards
