Job description for Senior Visual & Graphic Designer at Nomadstudio Indonesia
ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the entire visual identity of our brand — from photoshoot concept and moodboarding to post-production and social media aesthetics. If you have a strong eye for fashion, a passion for visual storytelling, and hands-on skills in photo/video editing and graphic design, we'd love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and curate moodboards for photoshoots, translating brand vision into visual direction
- Coordinate and communicate shoot concepts with the creative and marketing team
- Edit photos and videos for use across digital platforms, ensuring consistent quality and brand aesthetic
- Define and maintain the visual direction of our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and execute the social media content calendar from a visual standpoint
- Design graphics for fashion items that require custom graphic elements (prints, patterns, labels, etc.)
- Collaborate with the product and design team to ensure graphic output aligns with collection direction
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in visual content creation, graphic design, or a related creative role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics and social media visual trends
- Experience in photo and video editing with a strong portfolio
- Ability to create moodboards and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives
- Knowledge of graphic design principles including typography, color theory, and layout
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
