Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
Proficient in Figma, Design System, Wireframing, and Prototyping.
Strong understanding of User Flow, User Journey, and Usability Principles.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design user-friendly and visually appealing web/mobile interfaces.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
Develop user flows and user journey maps based on business requirements.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
Conduct design reviews and ensure UI consistency across products.
Improve user experience through research, feedback, and usability testing.
