Job Description:
1. Conduct transfer pricing analysis and prepare Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc), including Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Report (CbCR).
2. Perform functional analysis (Functions, Assets, and Risks/FAR Analysis) and industry analysis for related-party transactions.
3. Conduct benchmarking studies, including comparable company searches and financial analysis, to determine the arm’s length principle.
4. Analyze intercompany transactions and assess compliance with applicable transfer pricing regulations.
5. Provide transfer pricing advisory services and recommendations to clients in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
6. Assist clients in handling transfer pricing audits, tax disputes, and other tax authority inquiries related to transfer pricing matters.
7. Review and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of transfer pricing documentation prepared by junior team members.
8. Monitor updates in Indonesian and international transfer pricing regulations, including OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
9. Coordinate with clients to obtain relevant information and documentation required for transfer pricing engagements.
10. Manage multiple assignments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualification:
1. Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Taxation
2. Certification in tax (i.e., Brevet AB, USKP A) is highly desirable
3. Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a consulting firm
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
