Job description for Senior Ticketing at PT Hana Aero Nusantara Agent
Your main responsibility as a Senior Ticketing is:
Assist Customers on all their travel needs
Able to handle end to end ticket booking (domestic & international)
- Customer Service oriented
- Able to operate Sabre
Booking and Issue air ticket reservation both international and domestic
Booking and Issue hotel reservation both international and domestic
Resolve customer cases related to flight ticketing, including but not limited to rescheduling, corrections, changes, check-in problem, visa requirements, etc.
