Job description for SENIOR TICKETING (TOUR & TRAVEL) at PT Bravo Persada Nusantara (Bravo Wisata)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting To Manager or supervisor

• Follow-up with airlines, vendors, supplier on open case

• Maintain high quality of service and timely execution

• Maintain good reporting

Requirements:

• Male / Female Max 35 years

• Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field

• Background tourism high school or academy

• IATA certified

• Operating for Galileo reservation system

• Familiar with IATA BSP report

• Have a good Management skill and customer service oriented

• Have a good relationship with airline operator

• Good command in English
