Job Description
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Resolve tenant issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to address maintenance, billing, or service-related concerns
- Provide information about property policies, procedures, and updates
- Handle complaints or disputes
- Collect feedback and suggestions from tenants
- Relay feedback and suggestions to the management team
- Prepare daily or monthly reports
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimal 3–4 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or customer service.
- Good looking & excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with tenants, owners, vendors, and team members.
- Strong ability to address tenant concerns, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Strong organizational skills to manage files and documents efficiently
- Applicant must be willing to work in shift time/weekend/public holiday
