Job description for Senior Technical Manager (Food Manufacturing) at PT Sonton Food Indonesia
Requirements:
- Min Diploma All Major or Culinary Arts/Food Preparation (is a plus)
- Having minimum 10 years as Technical/Chef/Baker, or 5 years as Technical Manager in food manufacturing or F&B or Bakery
- Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a Technical Manager in the food manufacturing industry, especially for products such as jams, fillings, and spreads
- Skilled and experienced in the application of products such as cakes, pastries, and breads
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Technical team in product development and application
- Develop work policies, SOPs, and efficient and effective working systems
- Oversee & Manage the Baking Centre operations to ensure optimal functionality
- Create standard recipes and formulations tailored to customer and market needs
- Develop new product ideas aligned with current market trends
- Monitor and evaluate all activities carried out by the Technical team
- Willing to travel if needed
