Key Responsibilities
Work with Solution Architects to design solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements
Create detailed solution designs and apply appropriate design patterns
Lead development teams and ensure alignment with solution architecture
Assist with data modeling, data migration, and system upgrades
Drive secure coding practices and lead code reviews
Perform performance tuning and resolve technical impediments
Mentor and develop technical team members
Support client engagement and stakeholder management
Lead Agile/Scrum processes and sprint tracking
Identify and mitigate technical/project risks
Lead technical effort estimation and support pre-sales activities
Identify and implement appropriate technical tools and utilities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
6+ years of relevant IT/software development experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Strong experience in at least one programming language and good understanding of two or more general-purpose programming languages
Java and/or Go experience preferred
Experience with Cloud, Kubernetes (K8s), and Docker
Experience with CI/CD
Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in technical team leadership and stakeholder management
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Understanding of effort estimation and technical pre-sales
