Job description for Senior Teaching Manager (STM) at English First Cianjur
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Take an active role in teachers' professional development and assessment.
- Effectively communicate management decisions and company updates to teachers.
- Provide lessons to the highest stadards using a variety of motivating techniques and serve as a teaching model.
- Monitor and ensure the regulary timely completion of all personal and teachers' administrative work.
- Work closely with the Center Director and other supervisors to ensure effective inter- departmental cooperation.
- Liaise with the sales and service team in case of student complaints, student diciplinary matters, academic queries and course management duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S1 (Preferably Majoring in English).
- Having minimum 5 years experiences in education, preferably have been in a managerial position.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Demonstrating a strong interest in developing Teachers' skill-set and well-being.
- Able to commit to a minimum of one year contract.
- Having TOEFL IBT/IELTS/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate is preferred.
