Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Fiscal / Tax
- Min. 3 years experience as tax consultant
- Holding a Tax Consultant Certification (USKP) or Brevet A/B is preferred, along with professional English proficiency.
- Strong experience in tax analysis and advisory is essential, with exposure to tax disputes considered a strong advantage.
- Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with tax software (e-Faktur, e-SPT, e-Filing, Coretax ) is a must.
- Having good knowledge in tax regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, calculate, and submit monthly tax returns, Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns, and Annual Individual Income Tax Returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle general tax consultation matters, including tax administration advisory, NPWP registration, PKP registration, withholding and collection of Income Tax (PPh), VAT and tax invoice matters, Corporate Income Tax consultation, and other taxation-related services.
- Perform tax reviews, tax reconciliations, and other tax-related services for clients assigned by the supervisor.
- Handle SP2DK responses, tax audits, tax objections, and tax appeals for clients assigned by the supervisor.
- Mentor, guide, and assist in supervising Junior Tax staff to ensure work quality and professional development.
- Provide regular updates and report work progress to the Assistant Manager & Manager regarding ongoing assignments and project completion status.
