Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance, tax preparation, tax planning, and supporting clients with tax laws and financial reporting.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or Financial Management from a reputable university.
- 3–5 years of working experience in taxation (experience in a Tax Consulting Firm is strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, and basic Transfer Pricing documentation).
Certifications (Value Added)
- USKP Certification (Tax Consultant License Exam) Level A/B/C is a BIG PLUS.
- Brevet A & B certification is required (Brevet C is a plus).
Technical Skills
- Proficient in official tax applications (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax system, and DJP Online).
- Able to prepare Tax Planning, Tax Diagnostic Reviews, and Commercial & Fiscal Financial Statements accurately.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
- Able to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- High integrity, strong attention to detail, and a professional work ethic.
