The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax audits, providing guidance on tax regulations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will also be involved in delivering tax training sessions, performing financial analysis, and supporting clients with corporate tax matters. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment, is required. Proficiency in tax reporting, tax audit, and tax planning is essential, along with experience in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations, including USKP, as well as knowledge of international business and income tax matters will be considered a strong advantage.
