Job description for Senior Tax Accounting at PT Global Aluminium Asia
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the company’s overall tax compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable tax regulations, and providing strategic tax analysis and planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review monthly and annual tax reports (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.)
• Calculate, pay, and report taxes in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
• Prepare and review Annual Corporate Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan)
• Perform fiscal and commercial reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations
• Provide tax planning analysis and recommendations
• Support internal and external audit processes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tax Accounting
• Certified in Brevet A & B (Brevet C is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
• Experience tax reporting software (e-Faktur / e-SPT)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
