Are you passionate about finding great talent and building high-performing teams? BFA Group is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment process and support our company's growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offering.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various functions and seniority levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Manage recruitment pipelines, maintain candidate databases, and prepare recruitment reports.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness.
- Build and maintain talent pools and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably with experience handling senior and managerial positions.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Glints, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet recruitment targets.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
