Job description for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Athena Studio
- Control and build talent acquisition plan in accordance with the planned staffing plan & budget
- Develop processes and policies directly related to the recruitment and talent attraction
- Identify market trends and the company's needs, thereby making strategies to develop employer branding
- Manage communication channels, social media, career site to develop employer branding
- Monitor and control the reputation to ensure the company's branding is on the right track according to company's requirements
- Team management, supervision and handling of ad hoc arising in the recruitment of all positions
- Participate in recruiting for lead/ manager positions
- Consulting, advise for hiring manager base on market trends, hiring decisions
- Manage and monitor the talent pool
- Build process and plan to maintain and develop candidate experience
- Build an evaluation matrix, measure candidate experience; regularly review and improve to maintain a good candidate experience
- Management and maintain the onboarding and integration process for new hires to ensure that new employees can quickly adapt to the working environment at the company
- Develop and monitor recruitment metric report to evaluate and measure recruitment effectiveness
- Manage and use database for talent acquisition decisions
- Monitor recruitment and employer branding budget
- Manage and regularly work with vendors such as job posting services, human resource services, headhunters,...
- Plan training, development, mentorship and skill development for TA team members
- Evaluate the quality of the team's performance regularly from time to time
- Be a coordinator along with manager in staffing strategy for other teams and company
- Workforce planning aligning to business needs and product strategy for talent mapping
- Involve in payroll budgeting and human resource budget allocation of other business units
- At least 4 years of experience working in talent acquisition role and have experience to manage a team
- Knowledge of IT industry & understanding market trend

- Practical and tactical workforce planning experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Behavioral / KSA assessment accuracy knowledge
