Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist FMCG or Beauty Company

Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with ease and finesse.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

* Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, networking, and social media platforms, to attract high-quality candidates.

* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

* Maintain a recruitment pipeline and provide regular reports on hiring progress and key recruitment metrics.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the hiring process.

* Support employer branding initiatives to position our company as a top employer in the industry.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

* Experience in e-commerce, skincare, or fashion industries is a plus.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

* A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
