Job description for Senior Supervisor at PT Ekaya Business Solutions

Job Description:

We are hiring for a chain of restaurants operating in Bali since 2022, with 3 locations in the Island & the 4th Outlet coming up in Ubud, near Monkey Forest. The Senior Supervisior role demands F&B experience only with a fast food chain, restaurant chain or QSR, with mandatory professional english proficiency.

The duties of the Senior Supervisor are as follows:

1.⁠ ⁠Daily Operations Management

Oversee opening and closing procedures

Ensure smooth floor operations during service hours

Coordinate between kitchen and service teams

Handle table flow, reservations, and guest seating

2.⁠ ⁠Team Management

Supervise and guide floor staff, captains, and stewards

Conduct daily briefings and shift planning

Train new staff on SOPs, service standards, and menu knowledge

Maintain discipline, grooming, and attendance

3.⁠ ⁠Customer Experience

Ensure every guest receives a high-quality dining experience

Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve quickly

Build rapport with repeat customers

Monitor service speed and satisfaction

4.⁠ ⁠Sales & Revenue Focus

Upsell menu items and promote high-margin dishes

Monitor daily sales targets and performance

Support execution of promotions and offers

Ensure billing accuracy and reduce revenue leakages

5.⁠ ⁠Financial & Reporting

Handle daily cash closing and basic accounting

Track expenses, wastage, and stock usage

Maintain reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory

Strong focus on numbers (cost control, margins, etc.)

6.⁠ ⁠Inventory & Stock Control

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement

Ensure proper storage and minimal wastage

Conduct regular stock checks

7.⁠ ⁠Compliance & Hygiene

Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained

Follow food safety and local regulations

Maintain kitchen and service SOP compliance

8.⁠ ⁠Coordination with Management

Report directly to Restaurant Manager / Owners

Provide feedback on operations, staff, and customer trends

Support new outlet openings (Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Canggu, upcoming Ubud)

Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years in restaurant/hospitality industry
Strong in numbers + communication (English mandatory)
Hands-on, not desk-bound
Problem solver with leadership mindset
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Owns a vehicle, motorbike preferred.
