Who We Want:
We are seeking a highly experienced and insightful Senior Strategic Planner to join our team and lead the strategic direction of a critical communication project. This individual will be a visionary thinker with a minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand the communication landscape.
- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the project's overall goals and objectives.
- Define target audiences and craft compelling messaging that resonates with each segment.
- Identify the most effective communication channels and tactics to reach target audiences.
- Discuss to the creative lead & creative team based on the strategic plan.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the communication strategy and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless integration of strategy and execution.
- Stay current on communication trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Strategic Planner or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies that achieve measurable results.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and communication theory.
- Expertise in market research methodologies, data analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in communication research and analytics tools.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the government and political communication project.
Starting date: as soon as possible
Type of contract: Temporary contract (3 months or 6 months)
