As a Senior Store Manager at Lab Diamond Nusantara, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned store. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing sales performance through strategic initiatives. You will also be involved in inventory management, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, and fostering a positive customer experience.
