Job description for Senior Staff QA at PT Kubota Machinery Indonesia
Job Descriptions:
1. As a PIC claim from dealer and generate report and reimbursement claim to manufacturing factory by the system.
2. Quality Monitoring: Ensuring that the heavy equipment produced meets the quality standards set by the company.
3. Analyse & report market problem and downtime, and make improvement to minimize it, coordinate with Tractor and Farm Machinery section.
4. Make a summary technical monthly report from market problem and quality issued for trend.
5. Analysis and Research: Ability to analyse and identify potential issues, as well as conduct research to find new solutions and technologies to improve quality.
6. Horenso for market troubles to company, dealer, manufacture, then Spare Part team.
7. Capable of designing and developing a comprehensive quality management system.
8. Testing and Inspection: Skills in conducting physical testing and inspections on agricultural equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
9. Process Control: Conducting regular checks on materials and work methods to avoid deviations from technical specifications.
Requirements:
• S1 Mechanical Engineering /Agricultural Engineering.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in Automotive/Heavy Equipment/Agriculture Machinery.
• Understand engines, hydraulics, electrical, power train mechanism and transmission.
• Understanding of heavy equipment, technical specifications, and the quality standards applicable in the agricultural industry.
• Have good, honest, and thorough communication.
• Can work with a team and high-pressure working condition.
• Have good communication with English.
