Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang HR-GA, Industrial Relations, HR legal.
Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
Menguasai proses rekrutmen
Menguasai pengelolaan perizinan perusahaan, pelaporan wajib, serta pemenuhan legal perusahaan.
Memahami ISO (Management ISO 9001, 14001, dan 45001)
Berpengalaman dalam persiapan audit.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
