SENIOR STAFF HOUSEKEEPING
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Housekeeping Staff to join our team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or villa.
* Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
* Able to supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Responsible, disciplined, honest, and detail-oriented.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willing to work on a 6-day working system with 1 day off.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all areas meet company standards.
* Coordinate and monitor the Housekeeping team.
* Check room cleanliness and readiness before guest arrival.
* Monitor linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
* Report maintenance issues to the Engineering team and inform the supervisor/management accordingly.
* Ensure proper implementation of housekeeping SOPs.
* Support and guide Housekeeping staff in their daily operational tasks.
* Ensure all tasks are completed properly and according to the required standards.
