POSITION: SENIOR SOUS CHEF​

BASED IN BALI​

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry.​

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.​

• Able to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.​

• Strong leadership and team management skills.​

• Able to maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.​

• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation procedures.​

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.​

• Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly organized.​

• Good communication and teamwork skills.​

• Able to work and be based in Bali.​
