Senior Software Engineer

Requirements – Senior Software Engineer

1. Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or a similar role, with experience developing highly scalable applications.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, or its derivatives, such as:

• TypeScript
• Node.js
• Scala
• Kotlin
• Spring Boot

1. Hands-on experience with at least one front-end framework, preferably React or Flutter.
2. Strong understanding of software architecture, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and end-to-end application development.
3. Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
4. Familiarity with Lean/XP engineering practices, including:

• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Pair Programming
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

1. Experience building, scaling, and maintaining high-performance, secure, and responsive applications.
2. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, automation, and scalability.
3. Good understanding of product development lifecycle, from concept and requirements refinement through implementation and continuous improvement.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed and multicultural teams.
5. Good written and spoken English.
6. Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching junior/mid-level engineers and sharing engineering best practices.
