Requarements:

Experience in middleware and enterprise application architecture
Experience with WebSphere/WebLogic/Tomcat and Linux/Unix environments
Strong understanding of HA/DR and Data Center Migration
Experience in banking or mission-critical systems preferred
Good communication skills and fluent English preferred

Design and maintain enterprise application and middleware architecture
Define scalable, highly available (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
Participate in system design reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams
Support data center migration and infrastructure optimization initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
