You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end social media strategies that drive engagement, build strong brand narratives, and deliver measurable results across platforms. You will collaborate closely with creative, production, and client teams to ensure all content is strategically aligned, engaging, and performance-driven.
Job Description
1. Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to different platforms, target audiences, and brand objectives.
2. Lead strategic planning for monthly content calendars, campaign planning, and always-on content.
3. Develop storytelling angles and content narratives that resonate emotionally with audiences.
4. Translate brand messages into clear, engaging scripts and content formats..
5. Analyze audience insights, social media trends, and competitor performance to inform content direction.
6. Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to ensure content execution is on-brand, on-strategy, and impactful.
7. Direct and guide voice direction for content (including voice-over tone, narrative delivery, and emotional expression) when needed.
8. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and optimization.
9. Manage client/stakeholder communication related to strategy, creative direction, and performance updates.
10. Stay up to date with emerging platforms, tools, trends, and algorithm changes.
Qualification
1. 3–5 years of experience, preferably with strong exposure in FMCG/FnB.
2. At least 2 years of experience working in a creative or digital agency environment.
3. Strong storytelling skills with portfolio showcasing content development.
4. Able to direct and guide voice-over; experience performing VO is a plus.
5. Ability to communicate emotion effectively through voice and storytelling.
6. Preferred profile: Female candidate with a strong, mature, and resilient character.
7. Deep understanding of social media platforms, including algorithms and audience behavior.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
10. Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
11. Creative thinker with a digital-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
