Job description for Senior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) at Ekaputra Tour
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive qualified organic traffic, leads, and business growth.
- Lead keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research, and content strategy to strengthen topical authority.
- Optimize website performance through technical SEO, on-page SEO, internal linking, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Plan and manage SEO content initiatives by collaborating with Content, Video, Social Media, and Web Development teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve SEO performance using data from Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO tools.
- Identify new organic growth opportunities, including Local SEO, AI Search, and emerging search trends.
- Work closely with the Web Developer to continuously improve website usability, indexing, conversion rate, and user experience.
- Deliver monthly SEO reports with actionable insights focused on traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and search rankings.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Business Profile.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, content strategy, internal linking, and Schema Markup.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, website architecture, crawling, indexing, and website performance optimization.
- Experience optimizing content for AI-powered search and Google AI Overviews is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
