Job description for Senior Sales at PT Uper Education Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up and convert leads from WhatsApp, website, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
- Communicate with prospective students and guide them to enroll in HSK courses, CSCA programs, and study abroad services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
- Handle inquiries, objections, and perform consistent follow-ups to close deals
- Manage and track leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up
- Maintain records of conversion performance and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and conversion strategies
Requirements
- Strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in education sales, course sales, study abroad consulting, or online sales is a plus
- Experience handling social media leads (Instagram / TikTok / WhatsApp) is preferred
- Familiar with Google Sheets and Google Forms for data input, lead tracking, and reporting
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (required)
- Able to communicate in basic English for daily communication (non-teaching purpose)
KPIs
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Number of enrollments (HSK / CSCA)
- Follow-up efficiency and response time
