Job Description:
- Spearhead the sales initiatives for the company's specific digital solutions, primarily focusing on ERP software, Cloud architecture, and productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace/GWS).
- Comprehensively manage client accounts, navigating the entire process from analyzing digital infrastructure needs to project closing.
- Collaborate deeply with internal technical and delivery teams to design, present, and validate (Proof of Concept) software solutions to IT decision-makers.
- Maintain high account retention rates while actively seeking upselling and cross-selling opportunities for the company's premium digital services.
- Take full ownership of complex sales pipeline management, CRM utilization, and comprehensive sales forecasting for the management team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, contribute to sales strategies, and represent the company at various industry events and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record and deep specialization in selling software solutions/products (ERP, Cloud Solutions, Google Workspace, or other SaaS platforms).
- In-depth technical and business understanding of IT solutions, system integration, and digital transformation concepts.
- Extensive professional experience managing the full sales cycle and performing account management.
- Highly proficient in technical presentations, pipeline management, modern CRM tools, and accurate sales forecasting.
- Strategic communicator, highly target-oriented, resilient, and fluent in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written) to facilitate interactions with global principals when necessary.
- Previous experience in IT procurement, managed services, or digital solutions sales is highly beneficial.
