Job description for Senior Sales (Kalimantan) at PT Mastratech Inonesia
Responsibilities:
- Develop long term & harmonious relationships with the new customer as well as existing customer.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
- Experience in creating long-term partnerships with procurements or maintenance departments in customers' factories.
- Develop sales strategies for the assigned channel.
- Develop and achieving annual objectives of volume, profit, and growth for the accounts within provided budget.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets, driving consistent revenue growth from active customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments (such as Product and Operations/Services) to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities for company expansion.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Technical / Business / Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably as an account manager or similar role.
- Existing network in industries such as mining or oil & gas is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Strong sales planning and forecasting abilities.
- Proficient in cold calling, customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented individual and team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Having valid driving license.
