Macbeth Indonesia is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead and grow the business across Indonesia, covering retail, e-commerce, and B2B (resellers & distributors).
This role is for a strategic sales leader with a strong understanding of footwear retail market, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proven track record or solid network in the footwear and apparel industry.
What You’ll Do
• Driving sales and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Macbeth’s product lines, across offline &
online channels.
• Lead and manage retail store performance, e-commerce growth, and B2B partnerships (resellers/distributors).
• Drive sell-in and sell-through performance by collaborating with marketing and product teams.
• Build key relationships with local footwear retailers and regional partners.
• Track sales metrics, forecast demand, and lead sales reporting.
