Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive – Specialized Technology & Defense Solutions to develop business opportunities and manage key accounts, particularly within the Indonesian military, law enforcement, and government sectors.
The ideal candidate should have an established network and proven sales experience working with TNI, Polri, government institutions, and related organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, ministries, and SOEs (BUMN).
- Promote and sell advanced technology products for defense, security, and government applications.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for specialized technology and mission-critical solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines, client accounts, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, capability briefings, and business meetings with potential clients.
- Coordinate with international principals, suppliers, and technical teams to prepare product proposals and solutions.
- Support government procurement processes, tenders, and RFP requirements.
- Monitor market developments, customer needs, and new business opportunities in the defense and specialized technology sectors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the defense, military, security, or specialized technology industries.
- Established network and working relationships with government institutions.
- Previous experience handling military, law enforcement, or government projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in government procurement, tender processes, and project-based sales.
- Good understanding of specialized technology products and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
