**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Product Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from Norres’ product portfolio.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. High school degree is open with the experiences

- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in hose systems, machinery, industrial parts or related products.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Bahasa and English min intermediate level

- Willingness to travel as needed or hybrid

- Domicile around Tangerang & South Tangerang will be prioritized
