We are stablecoin-based payment orchestration platform, to hire an experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales and business development professional with expertise in B2B cross-border payments and payment orchestration models leveraging stablecoins.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of our client’s stablecoin payment orchestration solution.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with payment providers, fintechs, enterprises, and financial institutions seeking efficient cross-border payment solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the payments ecosystem.
- Educate prospects and clients on the benefits of stablecoin-based payment orchestration, addressing technical and regulatory considerations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and compliance, to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in crypto payments, blockchain, and payment orchestration.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales within cross-border payments, payment orchestration, or digital assets.
- Strong knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment solutions, and payment orchestration models.
- Established network within the fintech, payments, and crypto industries.
- Experience navigating regulatory considerations related to stablecoin payments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business/management (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
