Job description for Senior Sales B2B Export Executive at Pt Moringa Indonesia Fangardana

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze international markets; identify potential buyers and map the competitive landscape in target export markets
  • Develop sales strategies and pricing to penetrate and grow target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new customers
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions tailored to each target market
  • Provide product development input based on market feedback and buyer requirements
  • Set realistic sales targets, monitor performance, and report to management with corrective action proposals when needed
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Sales & Marketing SOPs and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, export sales, or international marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in an export or trade environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet tools
  • Owns a personal vehicle
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and high integrity; able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and adaptability
