Job description for Senior Retail Associate (Bandung) at M&G Life

Tanggung Jawab:

- Mempunyai Leadership

- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian penjualan sales

- Melayani konsumen, mengemas produk, dan menata display produk.

- Mencapai target penjualan.

- Menjaga kebersihan toko dan gudang.

- Mengurus transaksi penjualan.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan:

1. Minimal lulusan D3

2. Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, berkepribadian menyenangkan, dan sikap belajar yang positif.

3. Memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi serta sikap proaktif.

4. Memiliki pengalaman minimal enam bulan di industri ritel, pelatihan akan diberikan oleh Perusahaan.

5. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift bergilir (shift pagi, malam, dan swing), dengan enam hari kerja per minggu dan satu hari libur.

6. Wajib lancar berbahasa Inggris

7. Penempatan di Festival Citylink Bandung

Gaji & Fasilitas:
