Job description for senior reservation at PT BALI CIPTA VILA MANDIRI - Villas R Us
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations, hotel or villa sales, or a similar position, preferably in villa management or hospitality.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proven ability to handle reservation inquiries, booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Good knowledge of reservation systems, online travel agents (OTAs), booking channels, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple reservations and priorities accurately.
Able to analyze booking trends, monitor villa availability, and support occupancy and revenue targets.
Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as coordinating effectively with Villa Managers and other departments.
Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to guide or support junior reservation team members.
Willing to work according to operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
