Job description for Senior Research Manager Qualitative at PT. FUTURIS MARKET RISET INDONESIA
- Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Have 3-4 years of experience in related field
- Familiar with the qualitative research process and methodologies; preferably experienced in moderating in-Depth interviews (IDIs) or Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
- Experienced in managing projects from start to finish
- Dynamic, open-minded, and able multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work
- Strong storytelling skills with ability to translate insights into compelling report writing
- Proficient in English, especially in communication and presentation
