We are currently looking for Senior Recruitment Consultant to support our team across various global and domestic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse client requirements and industries.
- Conduct talent mapping and proactively source, engage, and assess candidates based on client needs.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Manage recruitment processes from initial candidate engagement through to placement, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or Executive Search.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Good understanding of talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
