Min. S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau Manajemen Konstruksi.
Pengalaman minimal 2-5 tahun sebagai Quantity Surveyor di perusahaan KONTRAKTOR.
Pernah menyelesaikan minimal 3-4 project
Memiliki rekam jejak menangani proyek High-Rise Building / Villa Mewah / Proyek Komersial].
Ahli dalam penyusunan RAB, analisis harga satuan, dan value engineering.
Pemahaman mendalam tentang berbagai bentuk administrasi kontrak
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan analisis yang bagus
Sangat teliti (detail-oriented), proaktif, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.
Mahir mengoperasikan MS Excel (Level Advance).
Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan (deadline)
Penempatan bekerja di daerah Canggu
