Qualifications
1. Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
2. Proficiency in preparing and analyzing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
3. Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
4. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills
6. Proven experience in construction or related industries
7. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
8. Familiarity with construction standards and regulations is a plus
