Job description for Senior Quantity Surveyor at PT LENTERA PERMAI OETAMA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Menghitung volume dan luas pekerjaan proyek (struktur dan arsitektur diutamakan)
Membuat dokumen penawaran
Mampu dan paham membuat RAB
Negosiasi material & harga
Melakukan survey lapangan
Siap bekerja dibawah tekanan, target, orientasi pada detail dan hasil.
Memeriksa dan menghitung hasil pekerjaan sub kontraktor
Membuat bill of quantity sesuai dengan gambar kerja, data teknik lapangan dan spesifikasi teknis

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Usia Maximal 40 Tahun
Berpengalaman diutamakan lebih dari 5 tahun di dunia Kontruksi
Menguasai, Paham dan Mahir SAP + Autocad, misal bisa GLODON lebih baik
Mampu menganalisa gambar, BQ, rencana kerja dan paham syarat administrasi proyek
