Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Packaging Technology, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in packaging materials in the cosmetics industry
- Good knowledge of secondary packaging materials and packaging inspection
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Table and Lookup functions (strong administrative and documentation skills)
- Good communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible
- Willing to be based in Deltamas, Cikarang
Job Descriptions:
- Identify and support secondary packaging material development and trials
- Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
- Monitor supplier delivery and payment processes
- Check billing documents and follow up on payment status
- Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding development, procurement, and payment
- Follow up and resolve packaging material-related issues until completion
- Maintain accurate documentation and data according to applicable SOPs
