What You’ll Be Responsible For :
- Lead end-to-end execution of events & brand activations
- Act as the frontline in client communication and manage expectations
- Coordinate across internal teams (creative, production, administrations)
- Manage vendors and ensure high-quality delivery
- Take charge during on-site execution (yes, you’ll be in the action)
- Solve problems fast in dynamic situations
- Ensure projects hit targeted profit margins
- Contribute to achieving annual revenue target
We’re Looking For Someone Who :
- Has a Bachelor’s degree (Communication, Marketing, Event, Business, or related fields)
- Has 3+ years experience in a marketing/creative agency
- Has at least 3 years as a Project Manager (event/activation preferred)
- Is confident handling clients and leading conversations
- Can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Is structured, proactive, and calm under dynamic situations
- Is ready to be hands-on during live events
- Willing to work from office at Jakarta Selatan
